Placing an order
Placing an order via our website is not a legally binding agreement. WoodMee therefore has the right to cancel your order due to printing errors, technical problems, delivery failure and similar situations. A binding order confirmation/invoice will be sent to you once we have shipped the goods you have ordered.
When you have placed an order via our website, our system will automatically send you an email stating which items you have ordered. This is only an electronic receipt of receipt of your order.
Payment
At www.WoodMee.com you can pay with Visa and Mastercard We use PensoPay to handle your payment via an encrypted connection. WoodMee's webshop does not charge fees for payment cards.
Delivery
We offer the following delivery methods:
Postnord – Private delivery
Expected delivery time is 2-6 business days. For exclusive campaigns, you can expect 1-2 days longer delivery time. Orders containing custom-made items may generally have a longer delivery time.
Ordered products are generally shipped together – no follow-up deliveries are made.
Woodmee's webshop is responsible for the goods until you have received them. We deliver in Denmark and EU countries.
Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. However, this does not apply to our online guidance, which is based on the information you provide, and therefore there is no right of withdrawal.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you;
Have or should have received your item
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by writing to info@woodmee.com In your notification, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation.
You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without also giving us written notice of this.
Right of complaint
The defects rules of the Danish Sales Act apply to your purchase of goods.
When you shop at www.WoodMee.com, you naturally have a 24-month warranty. This means that you can basically have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.
It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior.
How quickly should I advertise?
You must file a complaint within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the product.
We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

When returning the item, please state the problem in as much detail as possible.
Please note: We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or similar.
Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

WoodMee's webshop reserves the right to make changes to taxes, price and proofreading errors, technical errors, out-of-stock items and force majeure, including labor disputes and deficiencies in or delays in deliveries from subcontractors.
Applicable law and venue
WoodMee's services and these terms and conditions are subject to Danish law. Any disagreement or dispute between the parties that cannot be resolved amicably will be settled by a Danish court.
