Delivery at WoodMee® 

When you shop at WoodMee®, we want it to be easy, safe and flexible and for EU, We offer the following delivery methods:

• PostNord tracked – Private delivery (directly to your address)

we always ensure that your WoodMee® products are packaged properly so that they arrive safely to you.

Delivery time

We usually ship your order within 1-2 business days after we receive your order. The expected delivery time is typically 3-6 business days, depending on your location as we ship from Denmark. During busy periods, such as exclusive promotions or holidays, the delivery time may be 1-2 days longer.

Orders containing made-to-order items may generally have a longer delivery time. This is clearly stated on the product in question before you place your order.

We generally ship your entire order together. This means that we do not deliver products in multiple batches unless otherwise agreed.

Tracking your order

Once we have packed and shipped your WoodMee® order, you will automatically receive a tracking number from the selected shipping provider. This way you can easily follow your package all the way to your home or to your parcel shop.

Responsibility for delivery

WoodMee® is responsible for your goods until you receive them. We make sure your package is insured until you have it in your hand. It is important to us that your WoodMee® wooden figures arrive safely, whether you buy them as a gift, for your children or as part of your creative playtime at home.

Delivery in Denmark and the EU

We deliver to addresses throughout Denmark and selected EU countries. If you would like delivery to a specific EU country, you can see the options in checkout. If you have special requests for shipping outside the EU, you are always welcome to contact us at info@woodmee.com and we will find a solution.

Environmentally friendly and safe packaging

We pack all WoodMee® products securely and in natural materials to protect both the contents and the environment. The packaging is simple, functional and free of unnecessary plastic, so you get a good experience both when you receive the package and when you unpack it. You can experience that we recycle packaging to save on the environment.
