Returns and cancellation rights at WoodMee®
At WoodMee® we want you to always feel safe when you shop with us. That's why we naturally have a 14-day right of withdrawal if you regret your purchase or need to return your goods.
We have made it easy to return an item – whether you bought WoodMee® as a gift, for your 6-year-old child, or for creative play at home.
How do I return an item?
If you regret your purchase of a WoodMee® product, you must notify us no later than 14 days after you have received your order. You notify us by sending an email to info@woodmee.com , stating your order number and telling us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You must then return the item to us without undue delay - and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel the purchase.

Please note that we do not accept return packages sent to parcel shops or cash on delivery. The package must be sent directly to our address.
Costs of return
You pay for the return shipping yourself when you send an item back to us. We recommend that you send the package with a tracking number so that you can document that the item has been returned - you are responsible for the item until it is received by us.
How to return the item
To ensure an easy return and refund, the item must be returned in the same condition as you received it:
- The item must be packed securely in the original packaging (if possible).
- You are welcome to examine the item, but not use it beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, properties and function.
- If the item has been used or tried beyond this, it may result in a decrease in value, which we will deduct from the amount you receive back.
What should you send with?
Remember to attach a copy of your order confirmation so we can find your order and ensure a quick refund.
When do you lose your right of withdrawal?
You lose your right of withdrawal if:
- The item is not returned complete.
- The product is damaged or has been used to an extent that significantly reduces its commercial value.
- The packaging is missing or the item is not properly packaged when returned.
If the item is assessed as used, you will only get a portion of the purchase price or nothing back, depending on the condition and commercial value of the item.
Refund of your purchase
Once we have received your return package and checked that everything is as it should be, we will refund the amount you paid for the item.
- Any depreciation will be deducted from the amount we refund.
- The refund will be made no later than 14 days after we have received notification of your decision to cancel the purchase.
- However, we may withhold the money until we have received the returned item or received documentation of shipment.
The amount will be refunded via the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Special conditions for gifts
If you have received WoodMee® as a gift and wish to return it, please note that we can only refund the money to the original payer. Alternatively, we can offer a gift certificate for the amount that can be used in our webshop.
